    Art Restoration fail!

    so.. long story short, on 80yr old parishioner tried to restore the church's prized art... and this is what happened....

    Yes...and no... LOL!! Gotta admit though, it does look like a scene from Mr. Bean.

    I keep relating this to how people picks up a dslr and assumes taking a great photos is easy.... Just like how picking up a brush, and a can of paint can SURELY restore this painting.

    i am pretty sure that the priest who ordered the 80yr old lady to 'fix' it up didn't know that this particular fresco is a prized art... it was only discovered by a person who knew about the piece WAY after the 'restoration' was done!
