    Sanyo: AA Rechargeables

Anyone try these? I was at a hobby store yesterday and realized these guys carry AA NiMH's. One them was this: http://www.batteryjunction.com/sanyo2700.html

Since the Eneleoops are pretty much hard to find now, I was wondering if these Sanyo's would do the job.

    What do you guys think?

Wait, Eneloops are hard to find? Did you try CanadaComputers?

Yeah, you can probably find Eneloops at Cananada Computers..... In regards to the Sanyo's...... Eneloops are made by Sanyo, so I wouldnt see a HUGE difference if everything else was the same (Specs wise).
    Cheers!

I've been to 4 different Canada Computers. No Eneloops. The only ones available, if you're lucky is the white 2000mah's. I've been looking for the XX (black ones). When I couldn't, I ordered them at BHPhoto and had my relatives bring them over when they crossed the border.

I'm thinking of trying those "RC" batteries. I sort of read that their recycle time is good.

Edit: I've been to 4 and my best friend who's a store manager at the Brampton branch also said the same thing. He said if there is "one" out there, he'd have to call another store that may have it and have them ship it from that location (ie. Ottawa)

The 2700mah in the link is not Eneloops. They're just regular Nimh, I used to have 8 of them.

That's what I thought too. As I said, my friend is a store manager at Canada Computers. He's looked. Their inventory is centralized so the only store that "has" the XX eneloops is in Ottawa.
