    Is it me or is her there a lot of noise in the picture? It doesn't look like the focus was on her face, not sure where it was. I'm guessing high iso perhaps or was it the web conversion? Interesting tat's though.

    It was the high iso and didn't pay attention to the lighting. plus any suggestions to edit this photo

    I don't think there's enough contrast to make this an effective B&W photo. Also your framing is a bit low. There's too much table and the top of her head is almost cut off.

    i could just crop out the table and enhance in B&W

    I think it would work better cropping out the table and cropping right above her bosom.
