making cameras are so cheap now compared to befroe, they can make them like point and shoot, hence the billion different models

That's the same price as the canon F4 IS one, so I don't think its priced "wrong", if its 1k MSRP, it'd be much cheaper street price. Otherwise, it'd be about the same as the canon one.

i agree, this is much more towards digital manipulation than photography. but i guess he needed an image to first work off of.
