Just FYI, D600 RAW is kinda support in the final release of 4.2. I think the official term is preliminary support.

Why not? We have Aston Martin iQ already, a R-R BMW make more sense.
If there is space left, I am interested too :)
it might be typical, I don't know. But a good part (about 70%) of my older regular 2100mah and 2200mah are still working. It might not hold as much as before, so they are my backups now. But the...
nope. They were all finished within 2 years.
The 2700mah in the link is not Eneloops. They're just regular Nimh, I used to have 8 of them.
I would be interested too, but I would let others interested to go first since I was there last time, and I would be in the same spot as Geoff (will be there a bit late)
I know one in Markham which served quite a few full time wedding photographers, but they are close friends of mine, I feel like running an ad for them and compromise the rules of the site if I...
My images, from facebook, still trying to decide how much post processing...

I went, it's definitely more trade show with pro equipments in it. I have a chance to play with a Leica S2; lots of video equipments which can make a D4/1Dx feels like loose change in comparison.
You guys are fast with the images.
Rhommel: my online presences are in terrible outdated shape, I told Elaine not to worry about it this time :)
Thanks guys for setting up the event.
I use LightScribe disc a few times, very time consuming but it looks pretty good.
Cool. In that case, just tell me when and where.
I might be interested. Can you PM me some details? 24 pages takes a lot of time to go thru. Thanks

Ed,
One thing I don't understand is why you keep picking D60?
D60 is the upgrade model for D40 , the consumer model. The lineage goes like D50, D40, D40x, D60, D3000, D3100 and D3200.
At...
I think there are room between D7000 and D800, it's a $1000 and a $3000 camera, there are $2000 between the 2 cameras afterall. If they can have 4 cameras (D3100, 3200, 5100 and 7000) spreading $600...
The current logic is, the less digit it has, the more pro it got. 4 digits (ie D3200,D5100,D7000) are consumer, 3 digits (ie D300,D300s,D700, D800) are prosumer/entry pro models. they used up pretty...
You sure it's not:
D3200 --> D5100 --> D7000 --> D300s (to be replaced by D400)
Unless you use the flextt5/minitt1 in TTL mode, I don't really think there is anything to worry about.
It's only because SB-900 is bigger, more expensive, not much more powerful and overheat cutoff is way too intrusive. I wondered if the new Canon flash is doing the same... to make 580exii desirable
I think so too. Sandisk - Lexar - Transcend
Michael is the gentle one in the pit on the shutter :)
