Then i realized, he has the most expensive (or cheapest) stabilizer there is - NO GRAVITY!!! It does wonders for the quality of his video.

It looks like Rhommel and I are willing to team up and put on a basic studio /model workshop for those looking to start out shooting with models with controlled lighting!

We are thinking of sometime in June, depending on who is interested. I know that most of the active members are past the beginner stages but for those who are not, it's a great (and affordable) way to understand the basics of studio lighting and working with a professional model in a casual and fun atmosphere.

Location - my studio
Basics will include different lighting set up (types of lighting, 1, 2, 3, 4 light set ups, basic rules, etc.)
working with a professional model and directing her (unless the members want a male model).

Just a feeler right now.

Also, once you take one of our basic courses, you will qualify to sign up for more advanced events (that require a minimum basic understanding of lighting so as to keep the shoot moving)
